- 4-6 oz beer
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1/2 tsp Mustard
- 1 2/3 cup Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar
- 1/2 cup Emmentaler Swiss Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- Fresh Ground Pepper
In the B/R/K double boiler heat Beer until hot then add garlic and mustard. Slowly add cheese a little at a time until melted, add more. Once it is smooth add pepper, Worcestershire, and pepper. Make sure no steam escapes from the bottom. Heat should be on medium heat and will take 10-12 minute to be fully melted. Remove both pans from the heat to serve, but keep the double boiler on top. Will stay warm for at least one hour.
