Graham Cracker Crust


  • 11 whole graham crackers
  • 5 TB unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 TB sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Bake crust at 350 for 6-8 minutes and then cool before filling

(For coconut crust add 1/3 c. sweetened flaked coconut and 1 tsp coconut extract)
