Gluten Free Focacia
- 6 Eggs
- 3/4 C Canola Oil
- 1 1/2 C Buttermilk
- 4 C Brown Rice Flour
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp B.S.
- 2 tsp B.P.
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Pamesan Cheese
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Combine all wet ingredients in a blender and puree. Combine all dry ingredients and add them to the wet mixture. Mix well then pour into greased rings or muffin top pan. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
